Pam Perry has over 30 years of HR leadership experience and is an expert at fostering high-performance organizations. Prior to founding HR Equity Inc, Pam was CPO (Chief People Officer) of Kareo a VC backed cloud-based medical office software and services platform purpose-built for small practices. Prior to Kareo, Pam served as Vice President of HR at Appriss, a PE backed provider of innovative software-based services that help hundreds of local, state, and Federal criminal justice agencies serve and protect their citizens. Pam has also served in HR executive roles at several fast-growing companies such as, CB Richard Ellis, Inc., Caremark LTD, and Pharmacia, Inc.

Pam Perry has extensive executive experience in the following verticals; software, medical, commercial real estate and internet services. She has deep domain knowledge in mergers & acquisitions, creating high-performance organizations, implementing enterprise software systems, managing multi-million dollar software projects, restructuring, executive recruiting, executive coaching, software and IT recruiting.
